We are a full service Pilates studio located in Plano, TX. We specialize in small group mat, reformer and TRX Suspension Training Classes, Barre and the new ZenGa Mindful Movement program as well as CORE Athletic Conditioning Programming. We have a certified staff of 11 trainers available for personal training as well. Our staff is passionate about Pilates. Join us and you will see and feel the difference in your mind, your body, and your life. We are the official Licensed Training Center for Stott Pilates certification programs.
We offer start up packages to anyone new to Pilates so that we can gently guide you into the method and prepare you for a continued practice either privately or within our small hands on group classes.

This is the best Pilates studio around. The instructors are very qualified and everyone gets special attention no matter the size of the class. They all are wanting their clients to have the best and safest experience as possible while still challenging them.
