Tart Pastry Boutique and Studio is owned and operated by pastry chef Kristen Rahal and graphic designer Stephanie Weibring. Sisters Kristen and Stephanie created tart in 2004 by combining their artistic abilities to bring both a modern and vintage bakery and gift boutique to the Dallas area.
