At Randy White we still do BBQ the Old-Fashion way. We use woodburning pits only! No gas burners and no electric heating elements. Most of our competitors use a gas burning convection oven with a wood box for the wood flavor. You can taste the difference!!! With a pit master on staff in each location, we will not sacrifice flavor and meat cooked to perfection for price and convenience.
