We are a mixed martial arts school that caters to the entire family. Our state of the art facility has 2 floors and over 2800 sq ft of matted floor, 9 muay thai bags, 6 speed bags, weight lifting equipment, treadmill, an outside facility with tires for extreme training. We offer classes in Tae Kwon Do, Vale Tudo (mixed martial arts), Jiu-Jitsu (Brazilian wrestling), Muay Thai kick boxing, body sculpting a.m kick boxing class.
