Guy Mezger’s Combat Sports Club provides a “true” martial arts experience and the development of a health/fitness program for life for both children and adults.

We specialize in REAL Mixed Martial Arts training taught by Guy Mezger (Martial Arts Hall of Fame inductee, 5 time World Champion, IMAA Instructor of the Year) and his world class staff.

We offer classes in martial arts, judo, boxing, kickboxing, wrestling, muay thai, sambo, and submission grappling. We offer private, semi-private, and group lessons to children as young as 4, and adults of all ages.
