Forty Five Ten, the name of the store and its McKinney Avenue address, opened its doors in April 2000. It has quickly become Dallas' premier boutique destination.
The 8,000 square foot store is set in a beautifully renovated historic building surrounding a central fountain courtyard. It houses a world class mix of fashion, accessories, and collections for the home, all merchandised with its own unique point-of-view, along with its own café, the T Room. It has attracted a clientele that ranges from Oprah and Laura Bush, to Gwyneth Paltrow and Melissa Etheridge, and is a favorite of local celebrities Angie Harmon and Erykah Badu. Forty Five Ten has been featured in almost every major national publication, including Departures, Vogue, Allure, Town and Country, House Beautiful, Elle Décor, Lucky, Metropolitan Home, In Style and The New York Times.
