At The Fitness Group of Turtle Creek Nancy Cole and Keith Phinney have created a unique exercise facility. Located in the historic SOTA (State of the Art) building in the Uptown/Turtle Creek section of Dallas, The Fitness Group of Turtle Creek is private, supportive, comfortable and affordable. Personal training rates are extremely competitive and there are no gym or hidden fees. The facility is complete with free weights and machines and offers step aerobic classes. Shower and change rooms are on the premises. Nancy and Keith have been training clients and working in the fitness business for over 15 years and have been in the Uptown area for over 12 years. Each client goes through an evaluation that includes body fat analysis, measurements, cardiovascular testing, strength testing and muscular endurance testing. New measurements are taken every 6-8 weeks to ensure the program is working. Whatever your fitness goals might be - losing weight, gaining weight, improving health, improving strength, getting faster, getting leaner we can and will help get you there
