Dynamic Power Yoga PLUS! is Dallas original Power Yoga, established in 1997. Long-time Yogi’s & followers refer to it as “Suze’s Yoga”.
After 30+ years and over 12,000 teaching hours, Suze’s life experiences continue to bring so much more than poses to the mat. Her journey took her to practice with many admired Yogi’s, such as Pattabhi Jois, Bryan Kest, David Swenson, Beryl Bender Birch, Mark Blanchard and Eric Schiffman.
The DPYP! Transformer staff incorporate the knowledge of Suze’s certifications in aerobics, personal training, anatomy, nutrition, kinesiology/reiki/meditation/reflexology and vibration-healing (sound & color).

The studio’s combination of Power Vinyasa Flow yoga mixed with color & sound vibration can fulfill or compliment your exercise routine.
