Doug's is an "old school" where Doug has trained the likes of Larry North, Mickey Rooney, Benny Barrett, and Chuck Norris. Sweat rusted iron with real wood floors provides the no nonsense atmosphere. The modern A/C consists of the windows being opened and the fans turned on. All natural training that would make Grimeck and Sandow proud.
