San Martino Winery & Vineyards, located in the outskirts of the Dallas Metroplex, produces big, bold, full-bodied wines that deliver on flavor. Each wine is a direct expression of our winemaking philosophy of “maximum extraction, minimal intervention." To achieve this we obtain the finest possible fruit, and make the finest possible wines. We are committed to quality and value. San Martino Winery & Vineyards opened its doors in the spring of 2004. We are a small family-owned winery specializing in handcrafted wines using modern techniques but with a traditional “soul” borne in the fertile lands of northwestern Spain. The village of San Martiño, (see picture below), located in the mountains of the Galician region, has been making traditional wines for hundreds of years. It was at the village of San Martiño that our love and knowledge of wine and wine making techniques started. Through years of watching and helping our family in the vineyard we came to appreciate the special relationship between people, their land and the food they grow.
