The Designed Body Pilates Studio

We are a full service Pilates studio located in Plano, TX. We specialize in small group mat, reformer and TRX Suspension Training Classes and have recently added our very own Barre Classes. We have a certified staff of 11 trainers available for personal training as well. Our staff is passionate about Pilates. Join us and you will see and feel the difference in your mind, your body, and your life. We are also the official hosting site for Stott Pilates certification programs.
We offer start up packages to anyone new to Pilates so that we can gently guide you into the method and prepare you for a continued practice either privately or within our small hands on group classes.
